Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its listed technical specifications. All other sales are final once your order has shipped — including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or color appearance differences. Installation Requirements

Hardwired ceiling installation will be required to install pendant fixtures

The adjustable rod segments allow for height customization.

The installation of pendant fixtures would not work when the ceilings slope, because the mounting arrangement requires both flat, level surfaces with no curves directly above the fixture. Without flat surfaces directly above the level of the pendant fixture, the pendant fixture cannot be installed. The installation of pendant fixtures would be impossible when attached to anything other than flat surfaces.

When pendants weigh over forty (40) pounds after being installed, an expert installer needs to add bracing to the normal support bracket. This will provide extra support for the pendant and keep it from falling off the standard support bracket.

Using fresh cloths to care for your shiny surfaces is more effective than scrubbing with rough scrubbers. Steel will be smoother without rough scrubbers. Glass will remain clear if handled gently.
