While many of our fixtures are designed for straightforward installation, we always recommend using a qualified electrician for safety and to ensure compliance with local electrical codes. This is especially important for ceiling-mounted fixtures and outdoor installations.

What if my electrical box isn't compatible?

What if my fixture arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately if any item arrives damaged. We'll arrange immediate replacement at no cost, including expedited shipping if needed. In most cases, you can dispose of damaged items without returning them.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a fixture if it doesn't work in my space?

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Items that have been permanently installed with electrical connections or significantly modified cannot be returned for safety reasons. Custom orders and final sale items also have different return policies, which are clearly marked.

How do exchanges work?

For exchanges, simply return the original item and place a new order for your preferred choice. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly. For faster service, you can order the new item immediately and return the original separately.
