Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available on all orders and is priced by the weight of your item. Delivery typically takes 50–60 business days from the date your order is processed.

Standard Shipping (50–60 Business Days)
$12.00 flat rate for all Cove Collection orders.

Express Shipping (20–25 Business Days)
$32.00 flat rate. Faster processing and priority handling for Cove Collection orders.

Delivery Timelines

Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and processed before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Standard Delivery
50–60 business days from the date of shipment. This applies to all general products shipped within the United States.

Cove Collection Express
20–25 business days from the date of shipment. This option is available exclusively for Cove Collection products.

Special Handling

Large & Architectural Fixtures
Oversized pieces and architectural lighting systems are shipped via freight. Shipping costs for these items are calculated by weight at checkout. Our team will coordinate with you directly for any special delivery requirements.

Commercial Projects
For commercial or bulk orders, contact our team before placing your order to discuss coordinated delivery scheduling, job site delivery, and project-specific logistics.

Delivery Experience

Signature Required
All shipments require signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery of your lighting fixtures.

Flexible Scheduling
We work with our carrier partners to accommodate special delivery requests when possible, including specific time windows and alternative delivery locations. Contact us before your order ships to discuss options.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds for Damage or Specification Mismatch Only
Returns and refunds are accepted only when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when the item does not match its listed technical specifications. All other sales are final once your order has shipped.

No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, color appearance differences, or personal preference changes. Please review all product specifications carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping
In all cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds cover the item price and original shipping charge only, and are processed after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
