30-Day Return Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. We believe this gives you ample time to unpack, evaluate, and even install your lighting to ensure it's the perfect fit for your space.

Full Refund Guarantee
Returns are processed for the full purchase price of the item(s). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. Your refund will be the full amount you paid for the item, minus return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

What Can Be Returned

Like-New Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging materials, mounting hardware, and accessories included.

Original Packaging Required
Please keep all original packaging materials until you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a repackaging fee.

Unused Items Preferred
While we understand you may need to test-fit an item, fixtures that show signs of installation or use may be subject to evaluation for refund eligibility.

Get Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. This helps us process your return quickly once we receive it.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Use Original Packaging
Repack items in their original packaging materials. If original packaging is unavailable, pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Include All Components
Make sure to include all mounting hardware, bulbs, glass shades, installation instructions, and any other accessories that came with your order.

Attach Return Label
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply attach it to the package and schedule a pickup or drop off at the carrier location.

Step 3: We Handle the Rest

Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items and process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Notification
You'll receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed, including the expected timeframe for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged During Shipping

Immediate Replacement
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for immediate replacement at no cost to you, including expedited shipping if needed.

Keep Damaged Items
In most cases, you can keep or dispose of damaged items — no need to return them to us.

Wrong Item Received

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or style? Simply return the original item and place a new order for your preferred choice.

Price Differences
If your exchange item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Faster Exchange Option
For quicker turnaround, you can place your new order immediately and return the original item separately. Just mention the exchange when contacting our team.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Safety & Hygiene
Items that have been permanently installed with electrical connections or modified in any way cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Final Sale Items
Clearance or final sale items are marked clearly and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect.
