Why each one differs

Because the shade is cut and polished from a single piece, the curves and veining are specific to it and no two are identical. The uneven surface glows brighter where the stone is thin and softer where it is thick, so the light plays across the shade rather than sitting flat. That drama is the point of the form.

The shade measures 9.8 in wide and 9.1 in tall on a 59-inch hanging wire that shortens on install. Pick brass for warmth, black for a graphic edge, or white for a soft blend. A warm 2700K bulb (not included) and a dimmer suit all three. Hardwire to a ceiling box through a licensed electrician.
