Choosing a size
The standard dome is 19.7 inches across and 12.4 inches tall, right for a table seating four to six. The large steps up to 28 inches across and 17.3 inches tall, built for a long table, a kitchen island, or an open-plan room. Even the standard reads as an anchor, so measure the table and ceiling first.
Good to know
Takes a standard E26/E27 bulb (not included); keep it warm at 2700K so the gold, stone, and light stay in one register, as a cooler bulb turns the gold brassy. Hang it 30 to 36 inches above the table. The large can reach 42 pounds, so confirm a load-rated box and use a licensed electrician.
