Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its listed technical specifications. All other sales are final once your order has shipped — including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or color appearance differences. To submit a claim, email customercare@sellcongroup.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
