Shipping

We ship across the United States via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and are displayed at checkout. Standard delivery takes 50–60 business days. Express shipping (20–25 business days) is available on select products. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its listed technical specifications. All other sales are final once your order has shipped — including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or color appearance differences. To submit a claim, email customercare@sellcongroup.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
